Nowhere in the store mentions sales being final. Neither does the receipt. Went back to just exchange a shirt and the guy threatened to call security on me over $17 and called me liar despite nowhere in the store mentioning sales being final. I asked to talk to his manager and he pretended to be the only manager. But he isntsince I have met the owner Its really a pity that this guy is the face of your business, since his customer service skills are absolutely horrid. The guy (I think his name was Raf) acted like a hysterical baby instead of just helping me get the correct size.

The Manager of Seattle Store was super rude and customer non oriented person who made my experience of shopping the worst in Proto 101 shop! I am never buying anything again from that brand! Also their materials and fit is horrible! I don't recommend!

Went in just to check out the new shop on its opening weekend a few weeks ago, and ended up buying a basic tee. I didnt think much of it, but bought it to show local support and because the staff was so friendly (and I can always use a good basic tee). Weeks later, I HAD to come back and write a review bc this shirt has become something I wear at least once a week, and its really nice quality. I can tell its been made well, and its fit style is so nice and casual. Im kind of baffled bc Ive never felt so strongly about shirt that I needed to write a google review but here we are. Ill be back soon to get some in diff colors and maybe some long sleeves too.

Just found this place on my way to downtown Seattle Nordstrom. The shirts are exactly what I like. Slimmer, longer fit with 4-way stretch and zero shrinkage (apparently as I've yet to confirm with a run through the clothes drier). All their pieces seemed to be single color block with no apparent logos and a range of about 6 colors for each piece. I bought a white v neck t-shirt and a tan, long-sleeve henley and the fit was great on both. Raf, the sales assistant and owner of the store was great! Very helpful with finding appropriate pieces and very knowledgeable on the product (obviously as he created it). The store and layout was super clean and minimalist. Raf mentioned they are really into sustainability and one way they do that is by not having any labels...turns out I got a lot of joy when I got home and didn't have to cut-off/dispose of any labels. Will be my go to store for basic casual/athleisure items...Less than half the price of Lulu and more fashionable and just as comfortable.
