The worst customer service I've ever experienced ordered item in nov 23 and no one can tell me when and if it will ship I intend to do a bank reversal for charges this company is the absolute worst.    Another day and no answer as to where or when item will ship it's actually a joke at this point what an awful company

Benji & co. we're nothing short but great. This is now my go to store for clothing, in large part bc of how they went above and beyond to make my first S&S experience so great. Highly recommend this brand, and this location

Today was my first time visiting Scotch & Soda's UVillage location. Actually, it was my first purchase from the brand. The quality, style, and selection is absolutly gorgeous. What stood out most - is the customer service. Jaqes (Jaques?), went over and beyond from the moment I walked into the store, until I left. His professionalism, personality, friendliness has sold me to be an avid Scotch & Soda shopper! Over and beyond? I was in a pinch to find two specific items for an upcoming trip. The items were sold out online which prompted me to visit the store. Unfortunatley, the items weren't available in-store (yet - as they were new season items). I found one of the items at Nordy's and even could have used some notes to get the item at a lower price. Because of Jaqes - I made the purchase in-store, forgetting about any possible discount Nordy's could have offered. His dedicaiton to ensure I had the best experience. And, being able to coordinate the items to be in my hands before my trip - priceless. This is my new favorite place / brand. :)
