        First time going to a chiropractic and Malena does a great job making you sure you understood the procedure and feel comfortable with everything.

        Dr. Malena is a miracle worker. I herniated a disc in my neck, causing intense pain and muscle spasms. I wasnt able to lift anything with my right hand for 3 weeks. Nothing was helping until I started seeing Dr. Malena. I saw RAPID results. She patiently listened to my WHOLE story (something I cannot say about the ER doctor), and throughout my treatment was very careful to listen to what did/didnt work for me as we troubleshooted some referential nerve pain. This was exactly the kind of care I needed. She used soft-tissue work for the first several sessions to help relieve the muscle spasms and gradually worked to being able to adjust (but always with the soft tissue work). She is gentle but effective. Unbelievably restorative. Seriously cannot recommend her highly enough.
