Ive had the best experience with Option Care. As someone whos worked in healthcare with ties to home health, I know stuff can get wonky no matter how well orchestrated a plan is. What I appreciate is that everyone cared and was genuine. Every person I saw or spoke with took their time to make sure that I was ok and didnt treat me like another task on their To Do List. At a fairly difficult time in my life, Im thankful for the support Ive received and the kindness Ive been showed. And the nurse in Lakewood last week who did my dressing change and the nurse in tukwila today who did my line pull, deserve an award or a raise or something. Amazing woman! I may not have shown it but I was terrified and their compassion put me at ease. Thank you so much!
