Is it possible to give SIX stars? Eight? Let's just call it 100 stars for the fantastic service and professional communication. You can add more 100 stars for a valuation that was 3X our expectations, and another 100 stars for the database of potential buyers and all of the weekend meetings where they showed up and toured the property with the buyers ...and heck, throw in 60 stars for patiently explaining how to minimize tax expenses and for negotiating the Purchase Agreement details. I think that's 360 stars overall! Well deserved kudos for Dan & Tod, a rare pair of brokerage professionals that do exactly what they said they will do - highly recommended...

From the initial meetings through due diligence to closing, T360 provided superior service and attention to detail to coach us to a brilliant outcome of not just selling our company but forming new relationships. Throw a pandemic in the middle of the mix and they were still spot on with the anticipated length of time it would take from start to finish. I cannot say enough about the knowledge, skill, resources and business savvy that Dan & Tod brought to the process and negotiations. We could have never accomplished what we did with out the assistance of Transition 360 and hope that other businesses wanting a succession plan can benefit from their expertise. My only regret is not starting this process 10-20 years earlier!
