I've been training with Elliot for a couple of months now on a weekly basis, and I feel like I've made a surprising amount of progress. I came in as a complete beginner, but Elliot made boxing accessible: he's great at giving actionable feedback, catching mistakes, and incrementally breaking down ways to improve your fitness and skill. Each session is a great workout and a ton of fun. I'd highly recommend to anyone who's even a bit curious about boxing and/or getting fit- training with Elliot is one of the best ways to do it.

Boxing with Elliot is the highlight of my week. I have improved a lot since I have start training with him. Elliot is very knowledgeable, patient and flexible. For example, I told him that I wanted to start training for sparring and he quickly adjusted our clases to included more realistic drills. Moreover, he is just fun to hang around with, making those physically demanding training sessions very enjoyable. Definitely reach out to gym if you want to get fit and/or get better at boxing

About
EP Boxing

"I'm a boxing coach who works with working professionals to get them in the best shape of their lives both mentally and physically through boxing.I was born in New York and then moved to Southern California for most of my life.My first introduction to combat sports was watching the UFC where I fell in love with it and started to train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under professor André Alemão Vasconcellos at Carlson Gracie.Shortly after, I got introduced to boxing through my friend and was able to train with a variety of high-caliber athletes and coaches. After training for 7 years between the two disciplines, due to injuries sustained from Jiu Jitsu, I was forced to make the switch to coaching. I thought it was the best way to stay around the arts I loved so much and to spread the joy one gets from training in martial arts. Boxing has changed my life for the better, and I truly believe that it can do the same for you."
