The owner of this shop had the side walked blocked today, forcing pedestrians to walk in the road to get around. This business also constantly leaves garbage and bike waste on the side walk and street.

I have taken my Azub Ti-Fly there two times. The first time I called Dale he just said bring it in and he would work on it. I went up the next day and he took care of it immediately. He provided great service with no waiting. He was even willing to help me get my trike back on the rack after he finished working on the trike. My second call to him was for two new front tires. He didnt have them in stock but said they would be in the next day and he would call me. He did call when the tired came in and held them till I could get there the next day . He put them on and aligned my front end while I waited. Great service.

Dale helped me re align my frame on an old specialized bike as a learning experience out of the kindness of his heart Then, last week, my frame broke and stopped over to see what he had for sale and basically blessed me for a very reasonable price . He has knowledge and will go out if his way to help. I appreciate using his shop from now on. Thanks Dale!!!

100/10 the dude out front helped me fix my bike and made it work better then it has in all 3 years of my owning it. Fantastic. Would recommend especially to anyone in the area or folks passing by.
