I used to love this place now they give you hair off the mannequin and it's terrible, the price is crazy and naw I stopped coming here they need to shut it down

Supposed to be open at 11am on a Sunday. Its 11:30am and the doors are locked and closed. No note about opening.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, I guess they have a new set of owners now which run the shop terribly. They are very rude, and unreliable. If you want a wig, expect to get it off the manikin frizzy with a discount because there is nobody to go look for different styles and colors for you, if there is someone, you might have to wait till after they take their break. The man who helped couldnt really understand when I asked for different colors and styles. Their dog roamed around the store. They opened late and I didnt mind it I kept my cool and went in saying good morning and got no response back just a look of inconvenience they have just a very unprofessional set up to be honest.

The owners/attendants are rude and culturally unaware of their demographic. They barely know what products they stock and provide little to no assistance, so much so that when inquiring about a product, they will tell you to "look for it" or interrupt another customer to have them assist you.

The middleaged @sian lady that works here is so disgustingly rude. I have never been in there before, only once before with a friend. I saw that she was selling colored contact lenses the first time I was there, and decided to stop by the second seperate time when I was with my mother around the area. The contacts are right in front of the register, so I stopped to look. I have a lot of experience with colored contact lenses, and I wanted to just ASK a few questions about them, because as a customer, youre putting your trust into someones business when you buy something from them with your hard earned money. Now when youre selling something as sensitive as contact lenses, a foreign object that goes into your eye, you obviously dont want them to be expired, damaged, or just overall bad quality. I asked her if she knew where they got the lenses from, in which she replied she didnt know. Okay cool, thats fine; maybe she just works as a cashier, I dont expect her to know every little thing about a product. I asked her if they were daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly contact lenses. You dont want to wear 1 day lenses for an entire year, that can end VERY badly. She replied she didnt know. Okay, cool.. so I asked her if she could pull one out so I could just see if they were expired before I bought them, Because lenses, I shouldnt be buying lenses that are expired or damaged. Instead of just pulling one out and letting me see whichever one I wanted, she made a snarky face, and went on to say, word by word, listen honey; I dont argue with customers, either you buy it or dont I dont argue with customers to which I replied im not arguing with you, im just asking about the product. Never in my life have I ever been treated so disrespectfully by any customer service.. by the way, if youre black, they WILL follow you. I noticed the older man following me and my friend around
