This place was absolutely awesome from start to finish. Paul, Dave & the rest of the crew were very hospitable & proffesional from the time of my initial phone call until after they performed some work on my vehicle. The price for the work they performed seemed very reasonable as well. They texted me photos of the areas of my vehicle that need attention & Paul & Dave answered any questions or concerns that I had & were very easy to speak & deal with. Thank you guys at Ace, I will be back for any work that may need to be performed on my vehicle in the future because of the excellent service your establishment provided. After a month of procrastinating on fixing a leaky tire, I stopped by Ace Auto Repair & Tire on a whim to see if they could help. The office staff were especially friendly and promised theyd take a look and let me know within 2 hours. They fixed my tire for $30 and took the initiative to check the rest of my systems. I wouldnt have had any idea my battery was corroding and air filters long gone. The estimate was lower than expected and my car was ready to pick up less than 24 hours after drop-off without an appointment, now confidently ready to hit the road. A couple weeks ago, I got a flat tire and was looking for a place to repair it. As a new resident of Seattle, I have never been to any auto repair places in the area and was quite nervous about where to choose. I ended up going to Ace Auto Repair and I am so glad I did. They were able to take my tire, repair it, and put it back on for me, all in a couple of hours. I was so grateful they were able to fix it and make the experience a good one.
