        Terrible communication and documentation. Repairs were completed via an insurance claim and yet Charles refuses to contact and work with said insurance company to resolve outstanding issues and instead simply threatens us with collections. Take your business elsewhere. Also, I understand the supply chain issues facing the industry, but dont quote us two weeks for repair duration when its actually going to take three months, which is exactly what occurred.

        It was like pulling teeth to get communication from this shop. I had to call repeatedly for updates. Nothing proactive or customer focused about this place.
