Had I known how much this place really don't care to help people I would have never chose to hire them for help! My attorney doesn't return calls, never emails back and only cares about the money! Never again will I do business with anyone from this place! I was told my bankruptcy would be a three year contract and after that time I can choose to continue or take over the payments. Yeah that was a lie! I.have so much more to say about this place! Mark ditton your a joke of and attorney.

Ya so these guys are really great until they are done and you have paid off everything. Then when you have a question about your case you reach out so many times you cant remember and they just dont get back to you. Still waiting and I first tried to contact them two months ago.

Attorney Mark Ditton helped us file chapter 13. He was honestly amazing. He was able to see us, answer all questions, and file our bankruptcy within one day!! Not only that he is a real down to earth and and his confidence and experience, in bankruptcy was calming and gave us confidence in ourselves and a new start. I was calling around trying to get some information regarding bankruptcy. I have never had to do this in my life so I had questions. I called a few places and then called my employee resource number which referred me to Mr. Thomas Mcavity's office. I realized I had already talked to them so I started asking questions. I was speaking to Shane, who started talking down to me and becoming very short. I was actually going to just go with this firm because my employer referred me and I wanted to get to and not hassle with calling around. I am already feeling self conscious about filing and after speaking with Shane I decided this is not where I would spend my money or my experience. I want to deal with someone that is sympathetic to my situation and is more than happy to educate me on what I am doing. I asked to be transferred to the manager and Shane said " I am not sure what the point is, you speaking to someone else isn't going to change the price". HORRIBLE customer service. I think Maria and Mr. Mcavity should invest in another receptionist. One that actually cares about not only the firm he/she works for my the clients that they are servicing (the reason they have a job)
