After partnering with CAST on multiple projects, I can easily say they are my favorite architects to work alongside. Matt Hutchins in particular is an empathetic and insightful architect who listens closely to the goals for how to use a space and then provides creative and beautiful options that exceed expectations. They value your input and feedback throughout the design process and work hard to ensure they are meeting their customers expectations.

We are huge fans of CAST and their work! Forrest and the rest of the team at CAST designed a remodel of our 1912 Craftsman home in Seattle, and we LOVE how it turned out. We talk often about how lucky we were to have CAST, as we feel like they really listened and worked with us to get each of the spaces just right for our lives. The kitchen/mudroom hall/family room space are literally perfect.We spend so much time in them, and the kitchen especially just feels like an outside room, which is what we were hoping for.The mudroom is functioning perfectly to contain the school/sports clutter and acts as a wonderful place to transition from outside to home while still being able to feel part of dinner prep or whatever else is going on. All of the detail they put into the project makes it fit seamlessly into our older home. We couldnt have asked for a better outcome!
