Burien Appliance Repair

Complete mess that is all I can say. They contract out with other repair companies and they lack of communication between the two is horrible. We had so many communication issues with out repair technician, we had to consistently reach out to him to get a time set up after parts came in, which we also had to reach out because we were never contacted once they did finally arrive. After 2 months of going back and forth and finally getting the refrigerator fixed, turns out it wasn't. So after calling back we were told they don't work on out type of refrigerator....which is very interesting since they have already sent someone out to fix our refrigerator that they apparently don't work on! Mateo arrived at my home the same day I called to inspect our washing machine. He was really courteous and professional. We had a problem with a part, and he was quick to get it here and fix it the same day!!! Mateo and his crew come highly recommended!

They contract out. The service guy arrives and charges what he wants. You have no guarantee about the work because Burien Appliance Repair doesn't stand behind the work. They contract out the work and don't have to take ownership.

The Subzero freezer stopped working, and Burien Appliance Repair was able to fit us in and fix the problem in just one visit. Greg was very professional and courteous, and he did an excellent job.

The technician was very helpful informing me on how to use the machine and showing me the right way and how to keep it clean and healthy for the machine to work properly. I appreciate all his help!
