Im so in love with the views here and the entire staff is very friendly and accommodating! Gabe the building engineer dropped everything he was doing and helped me opening my door while carrying all my amazon boxes and mail. Thank you all you guys are rockstars!!

They didnt tell me when I moved in the apartments come with free music 24/7, courtesy of the nearby Ross. Playing 24/7, 7 days a week at all hours. No peace in your own home. They will respond its out of our control, but dont go out of their way whatsoever to try to remedy the issue or disclose such information to potential new residents

Tai made considering moving back to the big city an easier thought with his kindness and candor about the Seattle renting scene. His knowledge about the city and property were much appreciated! I'm surprised to see some negative reviews about engaging with staff at this building, Tai's positive attitude would help turn any of these experiences around :)

Incompetent building owners who prioritize one individual over the hundreds of other people in the building. Im moving out and have several other friends planning to break their leases as a result of being woken up by the hellcat for months. If the owners had any respect for their tenants or the city of Seattle they would have taken action by now

Update: You can tell that Greystar is incompetent and you'd want to avoid living in any buildings "run" by them because they couldn't even get my name right. Also, it's worth checking out the review where a West Edge resident describes how trash piles up so high that it goes up the trash chute past the lower floors. Truly disgusting. If you enjoy sleep deprivation, West Edge is for you! West Edge harbors an individual with possible criminal background who keeps a modified Dodge Charger Hellcat SRT in the West Edge garage. This West Edge resident disturbs other West Edge and nearby residents by frequently revving his car engine as he speeds through downtown Seattle and Belltown between 2 AM and 4 AM. He also activates the sound using a remote control from his balcony in West Edge while his car is parked in front of West Edge. If I can hear it blocks away, imagine the poor West Edge residents... I used to live in midtown NYC, and I'm used to firetruck, police, and ambulance sirens, the screams of crowds of Broadway audiences when actors leave the theater after the show, and throngs of motorbikes and ATVs that like to drive down 8th Avenue on weekends. But the loud noises caused by this West Edge resident's car is really multiple degrees above what's tolerable even for me. West Edge harbors this individual and stores his car in their garage. West Edge is part of this individual's brand, being prominently featured in his TikTok and Instagram videos. West Edge's preferential treatment and protection of this problem individual suggests that this resident might work for West Edge or knows someone who works for West Edge.
