This place is a disaster. During my 2 years I got to enjoy repeat fire alarms that go off at least once a month to the point I didnt even go anymore. The parking gate being broken more than not, my car being broken in and hit on separate occasions but being told there is nothing they can do. Homeless people inside the building and sleeping near the garage, one of the secure access only stairwells had cracked window from someone attempting to break in, and drunk people yelling in the middle of the night. My last few months I had an aspiring DJ move in near me and loudly practice his mixes, amoung other issues I dont want to ramble off. A few of these things I reported, but the responses was lack luster so others I kept to myself. Then they had the audacity to raise my base rent and parking way more than 10 percent, as if none of the above happened and charged me over $500 for cleaning fees, despite the fact I left it better than I received it. Seriously I had my friends over helping clean it, I had a carpet cleaner and everything. The new apartments going up are going to put this place out of business if they keep treating people like garbage and charging luxury prices. I also noticed they used to reply to reviews but since more 1 star reviews are posting they are silent. Also what is with all the 5 stars from people who literally just moved in. Who reviews something they havent experienced. Seems sketchy.

DO NOT LIVE IN THIS BUILDING specially in the apartments 104/204/304 and few next doors. There is 24hours fitness downstairs and there are heavy vibrations like earthquake (literally your dishes rattle) every day from 5am-11p and give you sleepless nights. You cant even take a nap during the day. I am tired of complaining to building management /gym management and but no one cares. Temperatures by elevators is ridiculously low. Elevators are slow that you would almost start to shiver waiting. Every 2-3 months, they would shut off water supply for whole day to make repairs, which came down to half day, and then lowering down the water pressure for weeks. I will not recommend anyone living in this building.

I was looking for an affordable MFTE unit in North Seattle and booked a tour at the Enclave. I've going through a difficult transition and my leasing agent Bushra Shakir was so genuine, warm and kind that she brighted my day and helped me be excited about my future. I'm still considering living here - the amenities are pretty nice. I will say the price is good for what you get. The only negative, which isn't really a big deal, but the building layout is a little strange and difficult to navigate. Highly highly recommend touring with Bushra if she is available - i'm so grateful our paths crossed!

If I could give negative stars I would. The office staff here are very arrogant! I scheduled an appointment to view an apartment and when I arrived they let me in through the intercom at the front door. When I went to the leasing office they were just talking and no one even even acknowledged or said a word for 20 mins by the I gave yo and went home. If they treat future residents like this I can only imagine how they treat current residents.

We absolutely love living here. The office staff has been extremely helpful, like Eldar Z. It's well maintained and has some great amenities. It is much more spacious than I thought it would be. It has a very nice patio with barbecue pits, seating area, and a hot fireplace for those cool Seattle days. I find it very quite and private. They have get together's for the residents to become a community and know each other. It's in a great walking location near several grocery stores, the Kracken Ice rink, restaurants, movie theater, and has several options for transportation including bus, sub train, and rental scooters/bikes, and taxi service. It is also in route for the SCH bus 75 that takes you door to door service.
