Amazing staff, appliances, and amenities! Ive lived here for quite awhile at this point, and Ive never needed any maintenance done to my apartment until this past week. Two hours after putting in a request Dong and Thuy were here with a replacement that completely resolved my issue! Aside from that nearly every morning the maintenance staff greets me in the lobby and its also perfectly maintained. The moving in process was incredibly easy through Essex, and there is always great service at a moments notice.

I just moved here and I love it. The amenities are amazing. My heater didnt work when I first moved in. They fixed it the next day. No problem.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. The staff is super disrespectful if they even respond to your email or phone call at all. They add Fees to your account without telling you until you look into it. They say they will refund you but never actually do. They say that you signed forms when you dont actually do it and fake emails from you and add things afterwards. The area is extremely loud and building has no sound proofing at all so you hear everything. They have 0 communication. When you do move out they charge insane fees and fight you on every single thing. I do not recommend living here unless you have ample amounts of money and do not care where you live.
