Westlake Steps

Westlake steps apartment is one of the best place I have lived. The apartment amenities are good and the location is one of the safest in Seattle. Cheri and Kyle are very kind and helpful. They assisted me throughout the process.

I just rented a unit in the Marina building last month. Cheri has been amazing from the get go. I described my budget and the kind of apartment I was looking for and she showed me exactly the kind of apartment I wanted, under my budget. I literally walked home and applied for it. She's incredibly wonderful and helpful to all the residents. Everyone including Kyle and Nolan has been so patient with all of my doubts while getting settled in a new city. Cheri even helped me take my queen size mattress up! The building amenities in itself are crazy -- 4 rooftops, 4 wifi enabled WFH lounges, bowling alley! This apartment building is also right by the water and above a very nice coffee shop and a bus stop TLDR: Everything is amazing, the building, the people, the location, and most of all Cheri!

I live across the street now, and I lived in the building four years ago. The fire alarms go off every few months waking up me and terrifying my dog. I can't believe they still haven't been fixed after all this time. Nobody is setting fires. They're just cheap sensors that are prone to going off. It's 5am right now, and everyone is filing out of the once more...

I recently went on a property tour with Kyle for this apartment and I was thoroughly impressed! The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The properties I visited was beautiful and well-maintained, and it was clear that the management takes great care in selecting and presenting their listings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Westlake steps to anyone in search of their next home.

Kyle from westlake steps was super helpful - he gave me a tour of the property on a Saturday late evening, even though the tour was scheduled for Monday, when I requested the team to let me visit the apt today since I had to make a decision then. Even though it was probably late for him, he patiently showed me both the units and the apartment amenities, he also quickly followed up with all the information of the property and explained in detail on how I need to proceed next. All in all - I was very happy and applied for the property on the Saturday night itself!
