        I have been living at Bespoke Ballard for almost a year now and its been a great experience. Staff is very helpful and there are many events that are super cool to be apart of! Everyone is also very nice in the building! My unit is a pretty cool designed space with plenty of room and great kitchen. Hoping to lease at another apartment through the same company Tripalink!

        Good location, not too far of a walk from a lot of bars/restaurants. Also very responsive with maintenance requests! Studio is more spacious then expected.

        Overall my experience was just fine. I paid significantly less than what they are charging now. I would not be willing to put up with this apartment for the price they are now asking for especially considering how small the space is. They also kept a good portion of my deposit for replacing blinds (that were not damaged) and cleaning even though I left the place spotless. Not to mention, that when I moved it, the place was filthy. If you can, find somewhere else to live. Not worth the price.
