I see Dr. Chrysalis Sabatinos, ND for the Naturopathic side of my Primary Care and I couldn't be happier. Visits with Dr. Chrys help me assess where my health is, and guide me on what I can do between visits to improve my state of wellness. Naturopathy is not "woo medicine" or quackery. It's about using the systems that already exist in our bodies and our environments, and honoring our limitations, to experience improved quality of being -- life hacks, if you will. Working with Dr. Chrys, I have been working on chronic pain using dietary changes, allergen management, sleep, strategies for exercise, and social support plans. Dr. Chrys also refers me out to other providers who are qualified to help me in different ways -- acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, etc. -- and together we are building and executing a plan for resilience and healing.
