Last year they forgot about my return. They did apply for an extension but then forgot to prepare our return. There were illnesses in the office which I understand interfered with the preparation of our returns. I provided my documents in mid-March. When I asked to split the cost of the penalty they refused and told me to find a new accountant.

Simply put they took care of me and put my mind at ease so I can stick to what I need to do and that is to keep on getting more contracts without having to worry about my tax return. Thank you so much for everything Kari, without your guidance I would still be lost.

I began an engagement with this accounting firm over 5 weeks ago regarding some small business tax consulting. I sent over the material, and didnt hear back from Jacobson Jarvis for weeks despite several promises that the information had been received and was being reviewed. I'm very frustrated at the unprofessional communication and would advise avoiding this organization.
