Driver was nice, but we waited an hour for 2 more people to show up. They could have driven us and came back for the other passenger's late flight. They have the flight data, the company was trying to save gas mileage but will lose our future business at all locations.

Our ride was waiting when we left our cruise, right on time. We received a call the evening prior to confirm our ride, and a call that morning from John to reconfirm. Even though we were concerned about being late, John reassured us and our van was waiting exactly where he said it would be. We had a smooth ride to the airport, and our very professional driver is also a font of knowledge about the Seattle area. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend their services.
