First choice restorations came in and assessed my Dry rot on my sub floor and Wall and window in the master bedroom. They gave me a good quote and stuck with it. All of the workers were very perfectional and perfectionist .Did a good job, Can't even tell any work was done. Matched up all the wall, paint the new window and the paint outside on the house. I will use them definitely again if needed. I highly recommend this company and the guy's that do the work.

Our basement flooded. We chose 1st Choice because we like the honesty of Barry. He went above and beyond working with our insurance adjuster. Which was not an easy task. Once the insurance money was secured 1st Choice got to work. We could count on them being here by 7:30 every morning, working hard to get the basement done. Helping us get the flooring we wanted and stay within our budget. The floors are beautiful and done right. All the employees were so knowledgeable about their jobs and very respectful. They cleaned up every day. Loved getting texts every night to let us know who would be at the house the next day. I sure hope we dont flood again.
