        I had an appointment this afternoon at 2:45pm and was not taken back until 4:46pm. I am frustrated that an appointment time wasn't even close to being honored and wasted a lot of my time. Staff was kind and aplogetic, but if they didn't have enough providers, they shouldn't have scheduled so many appointments. I will go elsewhere next time.
