        Filed my taxes with Denise about 2 weeks ago, and Im so glad I did. She was very friendly and helpful and answered all the questions and concerns I have had. Ive honestly been filing through turbo tax for about 4-5 years now, and when I tried filling through them something seemed off about what they were going to give me back.. so I backed out and didnt file and went into H&R Block. Let me just say.. I wouldve lost out on $1,500 if I continued with TurboTax. There was many things that I couldve gotten back that Denise helped me with finding. Never going back to TurboTax again and I hope every year I file is with Denise. Already scheduled my appointment with her for next year.

        I've used hr block for 14 years now and I will continue using them as my tax professionals. On the other hand I will not return to the richland branch.
