    I am a patient of Molina Apple Healthcare of Washington and I am not responsible for my bill. A third party called Optum was supposed to be billed. Pacific Medical refuses to get their money by making a simple call or two, but instead are harassing me, a patient not responsible for my medical bills. I am basically disabled and cannot work, and is why I get fully covered. Molina Health and I are reporting you through the Better Business Bureau for harassment

    This place is terrible, I have dealt with them several times over the years, and never had good experience. Once again I received a bill for items that are 100% covered by my insurance. But Pacific Medical refuses to bill my insurance. In this case, I was given a brace in the ER, and apparently it was provided by...Pacific Medical, Had I know, I would have refused to accept it.

    edit: Initially I was VERY frustrated with the billing side of Pacific Medical. I called the local location and the national HQ and tried to explain why I was frustrated about the billing process and charges they passed on to me. Needless to say it didn't go well. Today the local manager Andrew called me and we had a very productive and professional conversation. He helped me understand a few things about PM and in turn he listened to my concerns and frustrations. At the end of the day we arrived at a professional and agreeable solution to the situation. I can honestly say I feel good about Pacific Medical (and Andrew) as a DME provider.

    BEWARE - Get everything in writing if you do business there. I was told we had to prepay or have an approval letter from insurance before we could get a custom insoles. They told us insurance approved it and we came in and got the custom insoles. 6 months later we get a bill in the mail for the full price. When I called the employee I spoke with admitted to me she could see the error and apologized she said she would talk to her office manager and have her office manager call me back. The office manager denied their error and said I had to pay the bill. They did absolutely nothing to try and resolve other than threaten sending me to collections. Horribly customer service!
