Tri-Cities Oral & Facial Surgery

My 88 year old father need two teeth pulled. Dr Smiley and his staff were so kind and took great care of him. They kept his pain very minimal and he healed beautiful! We are so grateful for Dr Smiley and his staff and would definitely recommend his practice.

We had to bring our mom in who is severely disabled, no mobility, with no speech and impaired swallow. They made everything easy from helping us coordinate appropriate insurance, to modifying anaesthesia and even the doctor texting later to see how she did recovering at home. We had been so very worried for how special a case this was and they always made sure we had our questions answered and were comfortable every step of the way, giving us compassion and dignity even though we were probably over-stressing. My priority will be making sure I choose a good insurance every year that let's us keep them.

Dr. Smiley was very reassuring that all would work out well. His chairside was pleasant and comforting. The entire staff was professional and courteous.

Friendly staff. The doctor asked many questions and explained to me some of the procedure to me so I wont be nervous and unaware of what will be doing to my teeth.
