Had a great experience here! Everyone was so kind and really took the time to explain things. Not once did I feel rushed. The doctor took the time to explain things and make me feel comfortable.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I have been breaking out in rashes since 2016, 6 years later I finally made an appointment. I had pictures of the rashes the first day they would show up and then pictures of them a few days later when they would be all bruised and swollen. The doctor scratched my arm told me I have sensitive skin told me it wasn't allergies it could be something internal so I had to go get blood drawn. Everything came back normal the doctor isn't doing anything else to see what is causing it all and now I'm stuck with $130 bill and that's after insurance and I already paid the bill for my blood test.

Dr. Walker was AMAZING! My daughter is going through a complicated medical diagnosis and recently had a horrible health care experiences with another provider. Dr. Walker LISTENED to her, reviewed symptoms and previous labs. He believed her! He explained that this was not within his specialty. He referred her to the next specialist that can help her get a diagnosis. He coached us on what we should look and ask for next. In the meantime he was able to suggest OTC and an RX for symptom relief. We cannot be happier to have seen Dr. Walker.

You are better off going literally anywhere but here. The office is chaotic to say the least. The both times I went in, the dr made me wait 1 hour to be seen. He came in for 5 minutes then had to step back out to see another appointment. He gave me someone elses appointment summary. Called in the wrong prescription for me. And it was a complete nightmare. I would never go back. He was literally googling medical questions while he was in the room with me. I called the main office in Yakima to tell them about my experience & the woman literally said to me let me just say Im really happy I dont work for that location indicating this is a regular occurrence. Save your time & your money & go somewhere else.
