Kadlec Inland Cardiology - Richland

Typical corporate Healthcare. The staff does their best but are understaffed and rushed to move patients in and out as quickly as possible. The compassion and patient centered approach (i.e. Planetree) cultivated by Kadlec is gone and replaced by the typically automated, dispassionate corporate machine.

I left a review on here before about a family member. Saying that the doctors needed sensitivity training in dealing with sensitive patients. This seemed to upset Crystal the office manager and she called me. Oddly enough I ended up having a similar issue when I went to see a doctor there. The chart notes on the visit were not what we talked about and several times they did not reflect my conditions or history. I called and reminded Crystal who I was and told her what had happened to me and she suggested I simply find another office to go to since I obviously could not be cared for there. Before they denied me future service I had been diagnosed with a couple of pretty scary things, so I'm really worried as to how this is going to play out in the future since I now have no cardiologist to work with and it took me 10 months to get into this office.

They continue to provide poor service with excuses and little acountability or accessibility from upper management. So many things wrong with all their policies. Go somewhere else where patients are valued.

Canceled my fathers appointment twice without giving him a call to reschedule. Mind you he drove an hour twice just to get there & to tell him it was canceled.
