        This company misrepresents the actual cost of services. Diagnostic fee amounts are not written on the invoice. They charged almost $100 for 20 minutes (tops) of diagnosis time. I have gone to doctors who charge less. Beware!

        Not sure why the bad reviews, so far I couldn't be happier. Update: They finished the repairs in record time and for a reasonable price. Will use them again if necessary.

We apologize about the miscommunication on our behalf, on the process of sending invoices through texts versus calling. We can see you are not happy with the finding of the diagnosis. I can assure you that all our Technitions have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the Small engine industry. We have yearly Certifications that we have to maintain to continue to be a service dealer for Champion, Honda, Kawasaki, Kohler, Brigg&Stratton, Stihl, Husqvarna to name a few. We are disappointed about your experience and understand you dont like the finding in your diagnosis. If you would like to come in and have a meeting with the service manager to go over your diagnosis on your equipment we would be more than happy to accommodate that.
