        I showed up for my annual cleaning on the day of my appointment only to find out after checking in that the hygienist had called out and they could not see me. Not only did they not notify me prior to making the drive but now have to wait 2 plus months to be seen. This place is a joke. Come open enrolment we will be switching plans so that we can see better providers.

        The staff and doctor are most amazingly friendly and polite as well as being obviously skilled and very good at relaying my dental status and tips to prolong my teeth. This was surprising since my previous experience with Willamette was not so good.

        Everyone is friendly and professional, and they make my visits as pleasant as can be. They have recommended products (electric toothbrushes, sugar-free gum, etc.) but there's no pressure. Really a great dental practice with great people, and I highly recommend them!

      Our Richland office is located at the North end of Columbia Center Blvd. If you turn West on Fowler Street, we’re just across the street from The Arc of Tri Cities. Here, we practice evidence-based dentistry and believe that proper care doesn’t mean invasive treatment. Our patients are our main priority and we pride ourselves on having a family-friendly environment, where we emphasize honesty and integrity. As pioneers in preventive care since 1970, all of our offices offer proactive dental care.Hours listed (PST) are for our Appointment Center.Office hours can vary week to week but most offices have appointments available Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:30pm with rotating Saturday appointments available as well. Certified translation services, including auxiliary aides and services for members with disabilities, are available at no cost in all languages and American Sign Language upon request.
