        They didn't charge me for one extra vent. Some paper blew off two vents and dust did get blown out . The owner offered to reimburse me for the time it took to vacuum and dust. All in all they did a good job and will use there service again.

        My dad had to dust his house and vacuum everything afterwards due to dust not being fully contained during the vent cleaning service. Post follow up: Mgmt was concerned, cares and promptly followed up offering to make things right. Thank you!
