        In my opinion this is not a competent staff, poor customer service. I will never get service done here again, nor buy another BMW. Not worth the headaches. Save money and buy a domestic brand, or save more money and buy a Porsche. Otherwise, prepare to hang out at the dealership throwing money in the garbage.
