Bubble Truck Window Cleaning

BUYER BEWARE!... the owner is very unpleasant and unprofessional... even a little bit scary. This is the first negative review I have left on any company... please read. Background: I had scheduled Adam for a whole house window cleaning on my home. Unfortunately, a few days before the appointment my daughter came down with covid. I contacted Adam and said for his safety I need to reschedule. His office answering service accommodated without issue. The day before my rescheduled appointment, someone in my water district hit a fire hydrant with a car that contaminated the entire districts water. The district advised not to use water without boiling. I called Adam's office and asked his assistant if they needed to use the house water and if so that i would unfortunately need to reschedule again. His assistant said that since i cancelled twice they would not reschedule. I said both situations were not in my control and asked her to reconsider. She said "no". I asked for her to have Adam give me a call so that I could explain the situation to him. He never called me back. Tonight I got ahold of him and tried to explain the situation. I was very surprised how he responded... and btw, I was very calm. He was very animated and stangley emotional. He said he did not care about the cause of the cancelations (he wouldnt even let me talk), that everyone says its not their fault, and than after some additional not so pleasent comments, he hung up on me. Based on the other reviews he had recieved, I was very surprised by his unprofessional behavior. I would not want to work with a company like this. I couldn't even imagine how Adam would act if there was a real conflict or if there was a problem with a job that someone wanted him to resolve.

We are new to the neighborhood and new home owners and wanted to get Christmas lights on the house. Adam and his wife Kelly responded right away, they were quick to offer to come see the house before we just chose the highest price point on their website. They came out and let us know we wouldn't have to do the highest cost because they would make it beautiful and lit up with just the basic cost! Who does that!? We scheduled our time for the day after Thanksgiving, but our lights didn't arrive from Amazon. Adam was gracious and rescheduled us a new date a week later and we got snow!! Adam came out anyway , we told him we would reschedule again after the snow melts. Without having to do anything the day the snow was melted off the roof, Adam and Kelly texted that they were on their way! Our house was lit in a couple of hours ,perfectly straight, all lights facing the same direction and custom wired to avoid strings having a big gap where plugs join and plugs all over the place, its Beautiful! They will monitor the lights and replace any that burn out as part of their service and , AND they take them down after the season is over!! I'm impressed with the service and will be calling for other services they offer!! Services: Window washing, Interior & exterior window cleaning
