When my water heater died, I called my trusted plumber, who referred me to Harrys Plumbing & Water Heater Repair. Chris called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, explained exactly what I needed. He gave a few options regardings extras and explained those as well. He did an excellent installation job, and made sure that everything was working properly when we turned the water back on (bleeding out air from pipes, etc). . Id definitely use them again, and would recommend them to friends and family

Don S. Was the Professional Installer Technician that arrived on time, evaluated the situation of installing a new Water Heater Tank. He gave me the quote and I accepted it. He is a totally professional in his work habits. He was very thorough in removing the old tank and replacing it with the new tank. He checked and doubled checked his work insuring everything was installed perfectly. His work ethics are truly professional. He displays great people etiquette In due time the job was completed and he went over the procedure on how to startup the uni and how to drain the unit. If there is an Award for The Best Technician of the Month, Ill give him my vote. Great Job Don.

Shopped around and came across this company online. Noticed the 5.0 rating and well decide to give them a call. The moment I spoke with Phil I felt this was the right place. Unfortunately there was no opening for same day. I told him I was going to continue shopping around. He told if he gets a cancellation he would call me. Had an another company come out for an estimate and OMG the price was ridiculously over priced. Phil called me back and told he can get someone out. Max D. was amazing! Very knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything to me and showed every detail/repair he had to make. He took pride and time to make sure to do the job right and properly to codes. The price was very reasonably affordable. Highly recommend them. The 5 stars are truly earn!!
