Harmony, Becky, and Keane were the best part of the whole home buying experience! They answered all of my questions and I never felt stupid for asking. They were super on the ball with paperwork requests and I felt all my information was handled securely at all times. Signing and accessing new documents was easy and painless. Cross Country -- Keane, Harmony, Becky -- were so wonderful to work with. Keane is very knowledgeable and took time to carefully and thoughtfully educate us throughout the process. Everyone was extremely responsive and professional, and they went above and beyond! The online system was easier to use than some of the other bigger banks I explored. In the end, with a tight turnaround, we successfully closed with a great loan option. I am so grateful to have had such a great team behind us.
