There are not many knowledgeable and caring mortgage brokers out there, and Keane is definitely one of them. Additionally, he consistently thinks outside the box when approaching your situation. I had a challenging experience with HomeStreet Bank, as they informed me just three days before closing on a Friday evening that I couldn't secure the loan for my first home. The situation was incredibly stressful. I reached out to more than 50 lenders in the area, and only five responded, offering to meet on Monday and providing a link to apply. However, Keane stood out by not only assuring me that he could meet me the very next day (Saturday) in his office but also by attentively listening to my situation. He took the initiative to review my documents even before I applied for anything. Remarkably, he confidently stated that he could make it happen within 20 days. Keane went above and beyond by calling the seller's agent, especially since I had a challenging buyer agent, and managed to negotiate a contract extension. Thanks to Keane's dedication and expertise, we were finally able to purchase our first home. He is undoubtedly one of the best, if not the best, in his field!

When buying my first home, he showed me different options that I didn't even know was possible and saved me a lot of money and headaches throughout the process. The second time buying a home was also a breeze with his team. They were always professional, organized and there were never unexpected turns or moments with his team throughout the home buying process. Keane and his team were always responsive - always responding the same day I emailed or called them. I've learned a lot through him and his team.
