        Ive been utilizing Optimum mental health for over 3 years now on my journey to being free of treatment resistant depression and I must say, I have had positive results with the team at OMH Thank You so much for being a safe place to start and continue my mental wellness journey. If I wasnt seeing improvements I definitely would have quit by now. Im in a much better place than I have ever been.
