Uyeta Landscape, Design and Maintenance

Eric came out on April 18th, 2023 to give us a bid for re-landscaping our front and back yards. He had great ideas, Uyeta is only a couple blocks from us and has been in business a long time, so we were pretty sure we would be hiring them. Eric said he would be out the next day to take measurements and have a bid to us the following week. Didn't hear back that week, so my wife called to ask what happened. Eric said he'd have the bid in a couple days. Nothing. This pattern repeated itself a couple more times. He finally showed up unannounced on Friday May 12th and said he had sent someone to take measurements, but he didn't think they were correct. We have security cameras, so we don't think anyone came out to take measurements. He told us this was his top priority for the day and would have a bid by May 13th. It is now May 18th and we've heard nothing. So, now we go back to the other contractors who gave us bids and they are all swamped, and can't get to us for a couple months! So, because we waited four plus weeks for a bid we never got, we won't get this project done until at least the middle of summer! This is a pretty expensive project that they walked away from for no apparent reason! Very frustrating!

We had extensive work done by Uyeta about a year ago. They did our backyard and it turned out very lovely! We had raised paved garden beds put in , patio, sprinkler system, lights, and shrubs, trees and pathways. A few things came up with this much work and they were very amicable to work with. I feel like they were very professional and really love how my yard looks. We get alot of compliments on it! Loved the website. Don't even know why I went there but was surprised by how simple the site was and how much it kept me wanting more without making me want to close the window.
