        Consistently frustrating experience submitting claims for reimbursements. These are not claims, they are expenses that we submit and are using our own money for. With other providers like payflex (HSA) they refer to them as expenses. I think this subtle difference on Navias part perfectly represents how they think of returning your money to you. Ive never had to wait so long to get reimbursements from my HSA accounts. Navia takes weeks, it works, but it is painfully slow.
