Greg has been amazing! I was referred by a friend because I moved to Texas from Washington and my coverage expired. I had multiple car insurance companies that lied to me about unfortunate comprehensive claims that happened to me in the past 2 years. Insanely high rates and some said I was uninsurable- for non fault claims! Greg effortlessly came in, said they were wrong and gave me the rate and coverage I actually deserved. Even after that, the old coverage that expired had overcharged me and he went above and beyond to to get my money back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Easy access to local facility. Plenty of parking. Greg represents his establishment with courteous professionalism. He took his time to help me understand the policies that I need and didn't try to over sell policies I didn't. Laid back environment and one on one sit down helped me feel comfortable with my decisions. He helped with home, auto , RV, life and even extended coverage on some aftermarket customization for one of my vehicles. His responsiveness shows that he is committed to customer relationships. What a stand up guy, there is no other way to explain Greg or his business. A complete straight shooter, who got a minute of my time and changed a $1200 premium to $860. He has been right there since changing insurance companies. When my kitchen flooded, he personally took it upon himself to make sure my family and I had a smooth and quick transition to an alternate living space, as my whole kitchen was gutted. The one thing that has been lost in this technical age is empathy, communication, and a personal touch.
