Bartell Drugs

Always out of stock on my medication even though I've been getting it on a regular basis for over a year. The refills are usually filled later than scheduled time because staff is always backed up. Not a great neighborhood pharmacy because never very helpful... but since they are the ONLY pharmacy in the NC Commons.... nor much choice otherwise.

This business is located quite conveniently on the main arterial adjacent to I405 and is the only dedicated Retail Pharmacy between the Renton Highlands and Factoria Neighborhood of Bellevue. Subpar customer service, subpar item selection (whole 3 foot sections of bare shelving, still blamed on supply chain issues beginning with the onset of the COVID19 pandemic). They never seem to have the products I come in for, most recently was liquid Children's Emetrol that the wonderful Rite Aid Assistant Store Leader in Factoria was able to put on hold for me as I waited in line to checkout with other products at Bartell Drugs. While there are some wonderful helpful staff members with great customer service attitudes who work the evening shifts, every single time I've walked into the business before noon I am treated as if customer service is not prioritized above scheduled tasks.

Just use their Pharmacy and they are very helpful and keep the line moving if waiting to pick up a prescription.

The staff here are very helpful. On my last visit, a Bartell employee mentioned that certain item had become expensive and was perhaps letting me know not to buy it from there. She even let me know that she gets similar items through insurance. Very helpful indeed!

Visited here at 7pm on a weekday evening. Quiet, clean and well stocked. A shame theyre no longer locally owned.
