Karen is very helpful and knowledgeable I was in need of someone to file my tax and help me on my OIC documents and I needed a CPA to help reviewed it and Karen helped a lot, I really appreciate the time and care she had to help me with my situation, I really recommend everyone should come here.

Karen was responsive and knew what she was doing with one exception. I informed her early on that I am not at all computer savvy. This is important because I was working in a different state. Everything was going to need to be online! She had me literally spending weeks uploading docs! Then indicated the process should only have taken a few hrs! After spending weeks on the docs, she informed me she could significantly reduce my time expenditure on this project!....not sure why I had to "put in" all that time in the first place?!...

I recently hired Karen to take care of my business bookkeeping and taxes and she has been absolutely wonderful! I wish I had hired her sooner. She responds to emails very quickly and is always happy to answer any questions I have. I've referred a lot of my friends to her. I'd 110% recommend hiring New Castle CPAs!

We found Karen after we realized our taxes were more complicated than we could do ourselves. She's been a huge help in making sure we are doing everything right. She's even helped us with some financial planning to make sure we understand the tax consequences of things like selling a rental unit. We highly recommend her!
