Sitting here getting a pedicure debating on if I should walk out or not. I mean no disrespect at all but the lady thats doing my pedicure is literally kind of. Off I literally feel like a child is going my pedicure not really knowing what to do. It is so damn awkward. Nails are literally all different lengths. Shes buffing without holding the toe so the toe and buffer are both just moving awkwardly back and fourth. Its just uncomfortable as heck. Like am I being pranked right now??? Edit. : she told me she is only helping the owner she doesnt really do nails. I ended up paying $15 for her taking off my prior gel. And playing with my feet I guess. Im highly annoyed. Been here 1.5 hours and all she did was literally play with my feet as if she was on the spectrum. Again no disrespect.

We had appointments for all 3 of us, but when we got there only 1 nail tech was there and we had to wait for the other ones to show up. Then, the water basin for one of our foot bath for the pedicure overflowed because they weren't paying attention. They only talked to each other and seemingly ignored the customers they were working on. On a good note, though, I had the BEST foot massage EVER once things got underway. We won't be going back, though. Overall, not a good experience.

I scheduled an eye lash extension appointment 2 weeks in advance. I sent the gal a text to let her know I am on my way on the day of my appointment. She forgot about the appointment, then she called 5 minutes before my appointment to tell me that her technician will not show up. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a manicure or pedicure instead. This place is really unprofessional. Service: Eyelash extensions

This was my first time here and everyone was nice!!! My nails look amazing and I will 100% be coming back. All the 5 star reviews are spot on! Michelle did my nails and Uni did my toes! Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure

ATTN: do not come here if you have multiple people scheduled for multiple services. If you are coming here as a solo with all the time in the world, then this is the place! I always hesitate in writing a less than stellar review, especially when it comes to POC small businesses. But I think there are enough nail salons out there that this deserves some attention - I truly hope management takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve. This was my second time coming to this nail salon, both times we SCHEDULED for 2 people to get both manicures and pedicures done. The first time, my friend was able to get both pedicure and manicure completed - just shellac and the $45 spa treatment for pedicure. I was only able to get the pedicure done and had to skip the manicure, why? Because they were understaffed and could only work on 1 client at a time and we couldn't spend more than 2.5 hours at the salon. The second time, my friend got powdered dip manicure, yes given this takes longer, but like the previous time, we scheduled ahead of time and asked for both mani/pedis, all basic except for the 1 powdered mani, for two people. Again, we were only able to spend the max 2.5 hours at the salon, yet they still only staffed 1 nail technician. So I walked away with no manicure, just a poorly done pedicure and a less than relaxing foot/leg massage as the owner (I believe she was the owner) kept asking me question after question as if she was trying to distract me from seeing that the whole experience was going to take longer than usual. Meanwhile the excessive pushiness to sell add-on services was just unnecessary. My friend who came with me was able to get her nails done, which I will admit, looked pretty nice for powdered on acrylic nails. She also received the pedicure spa treatment but didn't have time to actually get her toe nails painted. We made appointments at 1:30pm and didn't leave the salon until 3:30pm. Yes, I completely understand that acrylic and powdered dip nails require TIME. That is not the issue here, the issue is that the salon was not prepared to accommodate 2 clients even though they were given well enough time to prepare. Additionally, both times there were walk-ins in which the owners ended up having to turn away because they told them the wait time would be over an hour, I timed it, it would have been at least 2 hours before they could have seen the next client. I understand that as a small business, it is difficult to staff people, especially during covid, which is why I'm not giving this review just 1 star, but I do think there needs to be a reevaluation of your business model because this type of treatment towards customers, making them wait when time is usually of the essence for most people, is not good business. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as there are other businesses who meet my needs, but I do hope this business takes a step back and reviews this feedback with humility and an openness to improve.
