It was great when upon touring and during the application process. Now you cant use the gym. They reel you in with incentives. No time frame or estimate on when the gym will be open after office hours again. You cant use pool table because Manager is never there or leaves early. Overpriced for no usable amenities and outdated apartment. If you ask about the gym the manager looks like you grew a second head. The nerve of me paying $2k+ for my apartment and asking if I could workout before I go to work in the morning.

This is a small community of two story buildings. Relatively quiet and well maintained. Very convenient location. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Smaller complex very nice. Worth the money and the staff is great! Manuella is the funniest most straight forward person you will meet. She tells it like it is, but at the same time professional and always easy to get ahold of if you need her. Derick the maintenance is very good and gets the job done. I have experienced another pacific living apartments and highly recommend living here because the people are so nice!

I never post reviews, but my experience at Springfield is my only negative living experience out of any of the apartment complexes I lived in. We moved in initially due to the positive reviews, but this must've been under previous management. We lived in this complex for two years and moved out due to constant problems with unleashed dogs plus management. I'll list out some of the pros and cons but BEWARE, this is a complex that WILL get you in the end for cleaning costs. I've never had such an awful experience. We spent 2 entire days detail cleaning our apartment. Even detaching the oven and scrubbing it down, went over the carpets, even mopped the balcony. We left it in far better condition than we entered it. Even with those efforts factored in, they charged us over $700 for cleaning services and deducted our security deposit, leaving nearly a $600 bill which is absolutely absurd. They provided the report after I requested a copy since I couldn't comprehend such an excessive bill and nearly all was listed as good condition except THE FIREPLACE and the WATER HEATER! We never used the fireplace the entire time we lived there. We even spoke to management at the time (Manuela) in regards to our apartment filling up with smoke due to OUR NEIGHBORS using their fire place and their only solution was recommending we put plastic over the fireplace, which we did. Pros: Yard maintenance is done once a week A good amount of storage Only two stories tall, so not a lot of shared walls if you're lucky enough to have great neighbors. Cons: Sleazy management Cost of rent is not worth the property Dogs consistently offleash and owners don't pick up after themselves Smoke leaks from their chimneys to the point our upstairs complex filled with smoke and made us and our friends sick. I HIGHLY do not recommend living here, it was truly the worst apartment I've ever lived in.

Lived there for three years. The apartments are okay but this place will raise your rent by a lot every year. When the state started opening up after covid cases were decreasing, they raised our rent by $300 a month and then another $200 the next year. If you live near the back edge of the property, keep in mind there is a house in the next neighborhood over that is a daycare and children will be screaming outside every day because there is a playground there. The management here runs two separate properties and they'll randomly close the office if they're understaffed to go to the other property. When I moved out, the office was closed for three days without notifying anyone other than a note on the front door. Each time I renewed the lease, I'd send an updated rental insurance document, but they'd never update my file and try to charge liability fees. This past year I sent the document directly to the property manager a month before my lease renewed but was told they never got it and to make sure I send it ahead of time directly to them...even though I did. I got a warning on my door about my balcony being cluttered and there being trash outside my door. My balcony was empty the whole time I lived there, and the neighbor was leaving trash outside. My apartment faced the parking lot so you could see there was nothing on my balcony. When I tried to contact the office, the person there had no idea why I was given a notice and I never heard back from management about it. The move out fees are ridiculous. They sent a notice saying the fees would be due by the 16th of the month if paid by check/money order but didn't send the estimates of what needed to be paid until the 18th. Don't move here. They look nice, but they're so not worth what you're paying.
