I have had a chance to work with Jo and her team on a couple of properties. I cant recommend them enough! BricksFolios have a solid platform and a very dedicated team with end-to-end service. Jo is very client-driven and goes well beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She is hands-on and is never too busy to answer calls, texts etc. On a couple of occasions, I needed to quickly get the property ready for leasing and Jo brought the full team of handyman, landscaper, painter who did an amazing job at a reasonable price and at a very short notice. It was very clear that they all trusted Jo and had a lot of respect for her. What I also liked is, Jo is a very trusted advisor. She has a very keen eye and spots opportunities and problems very quickly. I completely trust Jos judgement and guidance and know that I am in the right hands with her.
