Shane is a life saver! I have only one bathroom, so when toilet backed up from who-knows-where in the pipeline, I really needed quick attention to the problem. I called Shane in the evening. He picked up the phone right away and said he could be there first thing in the morning (my choice not to do emergency call that night). Shane showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with ease, and fixed it in a half hour. He is responsive, professional, and pleasant to deal with. I will be using him again for future projects! Shane showed up when he said he would, did everything that we had discussed and really put my mind at ease. He has an amazing amount of knowledge and willing to share his knowledge with you. I will definitely be using him again for any plumbing issues.

Shane did an excellent job on my repairs. He was on time, professional and very nice. He showed videos and pictures explaining each task as we was working on them. I was pleased with how he cleaned up after the jobs were done. Leaving no mess or signs of him being here. (Loved it). I will Highly recommend Shane to family and friends. As for using his services again definitely will call him again. He is my plumber for now. The quality of he work was Great!!!!! New pipes and cleaned out very greasy sink. ( from previous owners). Professional plumbing/Shane was so great! I actually approached him in a plumbing supply store parking lot asking him for advise. And just by getting a sense of his professionalism and demeanor and knowledge I just said hey can you please come over and put in a shower valve for me. And thats Exactly what he did in less than a few days he came over and looked at it spent another day rounding up the correct parts always keeping in touch updating me on what he was doing to help me. Then he showed up and installed the shower valve. I’m sure he had other clients but somehow he managed to schedule me in and get mine done in such a timely manner that now my shower is back on track to being finished.
