Avoid this company at all costs. Find an altnerative solution. Myself and those I work with have had nothing but terrible experiences working with this company. Their staff do not know how to use their own products. Any issue you have can take hours to resolve. When they setup our bed monitors, they were all configured differently, and incorrectly. The result is many hours spent going to each device and having to troubleshoot their setup and figure out why each uniquely setup device is having a connectivity issue, a printer issue, or is not pushing data to our EMR correctly... Absolutely nightmare waste of time scenario.

Stay away from this company.

Beware!! Most products from Mindray are sold "ala carte". For example, the Accurorr 3 vital signs monitor is sold without an oximeter cord, finger sensor or battery. These items will add an additional $250+ each for you to be able to actually use the monitor.
