We couldnt be more pleased with green Pacific landscaping. Carlos was the consummate professional. He was punctual communicative and really cared about the quality of his work. This was a multi day project, and he took the time each day to tidy up the area and to sweep the pavement each evening before he left the property. We hired him originally to do our front and side yards, and we were so happy with how it turned out that we had him come back and do the backyard as well. The job turned out so well. I was a bit reluctant about hiring someone to do my yard after being disappointed three other times. Im happy I took a chance on Carlos though. We had family coming to visit and my yard was in really rough shape, especially the trees and shrubs. We had him come and get rid of the old mulch and barrier. Lay down new. Trim the trees and bushes. Mow the lawn. He also pulled up our dead Amy Heebies and planted new while relocating the St. Johns Wort. All while navigating around the family stuff. Carlos was very meticulous and has real landscaping skills. My trees and shrubs have never looked better. I'm so happy to have found GreenPacific and Carlos! Our yard is small but needed lots of work that I just couldn't do myself. What I appreciated: 1. Prompt response time to messages (I had other landscapers who took two weeks to message me back or just never contacted me back when I was trying to get estimates). 2. Professional yet friendly demeanor. Carlos listened to what I wanted but also had some great suggestions and ideas that he recommended. He was not at all pushy on those suggestions either but I was happy with all the ideas he had! It was great to have someone who just didn't come in for a quick clean up and leave. He was very detail oriented and I'm so happy with the results! I'm looking forward to using his services again for future projects and maintenance. Services: Yard landscaping, Landscape management
