Our experience with CIG has been absolutely horrendous. The claims process has taken over 4 months to review and approve repairs for a stolen vehicle. Multiple attempts have been made to receive a status update on the claim, but the claims adjuster does not answer their phone or respond to messages. Thank goodness we have a backup vehicle because our 30 days of rental coverage would have run our months ago. Save yourself the headache and pay a little bit more for much better service at another insurance provider.
