Mark was very professional as well as knowledgeable! He is the first technician I have worked with to take the time to thoroughly diagnose and identify the issue with my furnace! The part was ordered and he installed a loaner until it arrives just so I would not be without heat!! Also, the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent equipment, excellent service. Even if something didn't work, they were extremely helpful, came out on short notice, and resolved all issues. Would recommend this company to all! Alexander, Scotty, and Justin were great!

I worked with Dean to find just the right heat pump / AC system for our house and he did extra research to make sure we got the right equipment. The installation went well and it performs as we hoped! It took the team some extra time to program the system so that it would run on the right 'stage' but their team was courteous in listening to my concerns, and they worked hard to get it resolved. Alexander's is a good value and I liked their friendly team.

This company installed my new heat pump a couple of years ago. The installers were super friendly and professional. A couple of weeks ago Scott, one of their techs, came out to do a service for a minor leak/backup in the overflow pipe. He helped install an access valve to the pipe that I could use to unclog it myself in the future and was very informative in explaining how the system works. Great company, would recommend!
